Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of problems, that it are up to the processes of complex, integrated evaluation of personnel of bank in modern terms and direction of results of this evaluation on the rise of effectiveness of bank activity. Systems approach is taken for the analysis of processes of evaluation of personnel in banks. Basic problems, that lower efficiency of influencing of results of estimation of personnel in banks on the general process of their management, are reflected. In work the principles and basic methodical approaches are developed in relation to construction of the integrated estimation of personnel in modern banks and practical recommendations are given in relation to introduction of the integrated estimation of personnel in modern banks. The structural-logical chart of model of the integrated estimation of personnel of bank, which two blocks of estimation of personnel are separated within the framework of, is presented: general and local.
