Ananchenko K. Technique-tactic preparation of high class judoists on the base of analysis of model characteristics

The principal directions of contest in wrestling technique of world class sportsmen are stated in the thesis. Model characteristics of well grounded judoists, which orient to reach concrete levels of mastering definite sides of preparing make possible to compare individual indices of the sportsman with the characteristics of this level of preparation and estimate weak and strong sides of his training and taking into consideration all these facts make a plan and do corrections of training process to define means and methods of influence on it. Special bringing exercises and complexes of training tasks for rational structure of training studies with sportsmen who were training in experimental and control groups have been worked out. The efficiency of proposed system of forming and mastering individual technique had been proved by contest results. The programme of experiment had given the possibility for judoists of this group to perfect the technique of throwing by pick-up after holding two sleeves, basic throws in standing position from different holds.
