Object: the machinebulder enterprises of different property forms. Purpose: the investigation of the practical scientific propositions and methodological approaches is aimed at improvement of management of the norm-setting system at the enterprises of different property forms Methods: induction, deduction, analyze, synthesis, comparison, distinguishing the average and relative values, abstracting, and idealization. For the first time: the peculiarities of each stage of forming the norm-setting system and managing it are grounded; the new type of audit is offered as the audit of norm-setting that is the structural part of management audit of labour resourses usage; the principles of stage-by-stage audit of norm-setting at the enterprise are worked out.
