The dissertation is devoted to the working out of the theoretical and systematic foundation of the organization of the material stimulation of the personnel of the enterprises for the metal ore industry. The analysis of the condition of the theory and practice of the organization of the material stimulation was made. Especial attention was paid to the wages, as to the main element of the material stimulation of the personnel. The systematic point of view about definition of the dimensions of the wages on basis of the price of the work force including the macroeconomic and microeconomic factors. The methodic of analyses of the level of the wages on base of the indexes was improved, the methodic of the appraisal of the management of the process of changing of the level of wages with the help of control cards was worked out. The system of management of the organization of the material stimulation was improved. The mechanism of choosing of the stimulus in the system of material stimulation of the personnelof the enterprises for the metal ore industry was worked out, and on its basis the system of monitoring was worked out. Using of the received results allows to ensure making the functions of the material stimulation, to risen the effectiveness of the personnel's work and to receive the economical effect.
