Object - functional processes of railway transport in a region; purpose-substantiation of theoretic-methodological bases and practical recommendation to the increasing of productive forces development in a region; methods-abstract-logical, monographic, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical, balance, cartographical; novelty – methodical approaches of regions’ providing by a railway transport are development and its activations; system of transport providing principles of economy’ complex development in regions is bases; results –estimation approaches of intercommunication degree of transport and economic development indexes in region, marketing activity of railway and its stages are improved; the developed vectors of investment-innovative activity, perspective directions of trans-boarding collaboration are bases, they have found introduction in the economic practice.
