A research object is theoretical, methodological and applied positions, linked with forming and development of production potential of suckling industry of the Mykolaiv oblast . A research purpose is development scientifically - practical recommendations on the increase of efficiency of production potential of suckling industry of region. Research methods - abstractly-logical; monographic; statistical; extrapolation; correlation-regressive; graphic. Theoretical and practical results - the prospects of development of production potential of suckling industry of region are scientifically grounded on the basis of improvement used resources of production, increase of their return, strengthening of source of raw materials and improvement of mutual relations of partners of dairy products sub-complex. Got further development of direction of government control of market of dairy products; approaches perfections of economic relations dairy enterprises and agricultural producers, on the basis of creation of large intergretion|, above all things corporate forming, of new models of pricing are suggested. A degree of introduction is basic principles of organization of source of raw materials, increases of efficiency of use of resources of productions, perfections of payment of milk, supplied on processing, taking into account his quality, and also directions of improvement organization of sale of the prepared products are used ZAO "Bashtanskiy sirzavod".
