Object: process of innovative development of regions of Ukraine in the context of state innovative policy. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological bases of innovative development of regions of Ukraine and basic directions of its adjusting in the market economic system. Methods: system approach, statistical analysis, is comparative, dialectical. Theoretical results: methodical developments of bases region innovative development adjusting are taken to the level of concrete recommendations that creates terms for deepening of scientific researches in this direction. Practical results: regional strategy of innovative development providing of region and improvement of methods of its adjusting is offered. Novelty: strategy of innovative development of regions is formulated, creation of the integrated complex of knowledge transfer in a region as infrastructure, that stimulates the process of technologies transmission, commercialization of researches and developments is offered, the method of combined estimation of region innovative potential is improved, principles of state and regional innovative policy are selected and systematized, the factor model of innovative development of enterprises of scientific technologies is offered.
