Essay

The object - the processes of using resources in the the sphere of regional agrarian production; the purpose - substantiating scientific positions of forming the system of managing resources using at agrarian enterprises taking into account regional influence factors; the methods - monographic, calculating, constructive and comparisons, economic and statistical, abstract and logical and other generally accepted methods; the novelty - integral coefficient of effectiveness of using resource potential by agrarian enterprises in the region has been suggested for the first time; the influence of resources markets on the system of managing resources using with the help of performing their functions has been revealed: the mechanism of forming the system of managing resources using with the help of logistic approaches has been improved; theoretical and methodological positions of the system of managing resources using at agrarian enterprises in the region in the market conditions of management on the basis ofrent approach have been further developed; the theoretical results - are directed on improving the system of managing resources using at agrarian enterprises in the region and solving the important task of increasing its effectiveness in modern conditions of managing; the practical results - enable to determine directions and instruments of improving a the system of resources using, are introduced - by agrarian enterprises during forecasting and planning of economic activities, by the main department of agricultural and foodstuffs management of regional state administration; branch of using - agriculture.
