The Ooject: the processes of forminq and functioninq of the reqional municipal utility market in the conditions of transformational economy. The aim:the development of theorebically - methodoloqical aspects of reforming the modern municipal utility market and qrounding of the perspectives of its development in the conditions of transformational economy. The methods of comparative and structural analysis, stafisfical grouping and indexes,economically mathematic,logically - structural ones are used.The theoretical results : the methodical materials ground the necessibu of the modern municipal utility market reformation. The practical resuits give the opportunity to improve the market of municipal utilities within the region.Novelty: the essence of modern municipal utiliti market is defined; the understanding ow the regional system is deepened, the principles of formation and development of the Ukrainian municipal utility marcet is determined;scientific and methodic evaluations of satisfyind level for thepopulation of the municipal ubilities are formed; the model of municipal utility calculating is formed. Introduction in the work of regional authorities,and educational process. The sphere of using : regional municipal economy.
