Essay

The subject: the process of forming and improvement of personnel management at the agricultural enterprises. The aim: the working out of efficient system of personnel management at the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Sumy region in the market conditions of management. The methods: dialectical, system approach, abstract and logical method, equal-deflection and graphic presentation methods, grouping, correlation and regressive analysis, sociological analysis. The results: the notion of personnel and managerial staff of agroindustrial enterprises as the category is defined; the proposals as for personnel supply of the enterprises of agrarian sector improvement are submitted; the optimization of the process of specialists and managers personnel reserves defining and the efficiency of personnel reserves use are offered. The novelty: the tendencies in the personnel supply of agricultural enterprises are found, the theoretical and practical basis of personnel management functioning and improvement inthe conditions of economical reform and demotivation of labor activity in agrarian sphere. The sphere of implementation: state run public authorities and the sphere of education.
