Sikorska I. Enhancement of state management of higher education in the context of European integration

Object of research - processes of integration of system of higher education of Ukraine in the European educational space. The purpose of research - development is scientific - methodical also of practical recommendations till perfection of state management by integration processes of higher education in the European educational space. Methods of research: the system analysis; the comparative analysis; sociological interrogation; the content analysis; modeling of processes. The practical importance of the received results is, that they will be useful to the further scientific development of the designated problem, and also at specification of the purposes of state educational politics, their practical realization on ways to the European educational space. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that for the first time methodical approaches to an criteria estimation of development of higher educational institutions agrees of a European integration vector of reform, which application will allow to structure administrative influence on branch of higher education and will assist perfection of the standards of higher education in view of entry of Ukraine in the European educational space, are offered; descriptive model of perfection of state management by European integration process of higher education, which allows to determine the most effective directions of state management directed on preservations of potential of national higher education and strengthening of its positions on the European educational space, is offered. Methods of the analysis of normative-legal base accordingly reforms of higher education in a context of the European integration allowing to approach the legislation of Ukraine in the field of education to the European standards; the mechanism of organization and coordination of management of the international activity of a higher school, which provides full entry of Ukraine in European educational space and will assist expansion of participation of Ukraine in the internationalmarket of educational services are advanced. Directions of activization of state educational politics on perfection of system of higher education agrees of the European vector of reform have received of the further development.
