The dissertation has been devoted to development and grounoling of energy saving and low-investment technology for alcohol wash-rectifying equipment with included recuperation of water vapor heat of wash distillate. Air cooling dephlegmator has been developed and implemented in to the process. It has been studied influence of different factors reflux reatio of rectifying column in processing of rectified alcohol and technical alcohol (kind A or B). Rectifying column pressure has been optimized. Alcohol admixture distribution along of heat change tubes of air cooling dephlegmator has been studied.
