The theoretical-methodical fundamentals of complex military-regional geographic research study of territorial organization of the state armed forces are generalized and extended in the thesis; the modern condition of territorial organization of the armed forces of France has been explored; the disposition of the Armed Forces of France has been grounded and the forms of their territorial concentration have been determined; the thesis has revealed and disclosed the influence of geographical factors on territorial organization of the armed forces of France and has ascertained the regularity of the territorial organization of this country: the division into districts of the territory of France in accordance with peculiarities of the territorial organization of the armed services has been made.
