The dissertation is devoted to development of the methodology of using geospatial information to determine the rational routes for the Army units and subunits movement. The issues of the routes optimization according to the criteria of minimal movement time, minimal probability of determination (damage) of moving objects by the enemy, which serves as a ground for defining possible losses during marching in directive time, have been further developed, the algorithms of their solutions have been suggested. The model of vector optimization of the route according to different criteria that enables planning of the movement in conditions of possible blocking of separate parts of the route system by the enemy has been improved. The author has suggested the methodology of using geospatial information to determine the rational routes for the Army units and subunits movement to the appointed regions, which, unlike the existing ones, takes into more thorough consideration the topography description, uses the indicators of the route's secrecy, fire damage and blocking the routes by the enemy.
