Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the questions of perfection physical education of students by personalization of physical loads with the regard for level of physical health. The analysis of the research results of 312 students of main department of institute of higher education was held. We have worked out model characteristics of different levels of physical health which base on specificity of interdependence between main parameters of physical health; on the basis of developed models characteristics of different physical health levels new approach of distributing of students on groups for physical education lessons, different from the generally accepted distributing taking into account character of morbidity, was recommended; theoretical and practical positions of regulation of loads in the process of physical education of students on the basis of account of physical health level are grounded.The main results of the work are put into practice of the educational process of the National universityof physical education and sport of Ukraine, Zaporrizhzhia institute of Peter Sagaydachnyj, Zaporrizhzhia national university, University of economy and law "Krok".
