Oobject - the activities in general education establishment in organization of pedagogical stimulation of teachers. The aim of the research consists of grounds and practical approbation in individual approximate model of pedagogical stimulation of professional teacher's increase of general education establishments. Methods of research lie in theoretical prognosis empiric estimation experimental, mathematical. The scientific novelty result of the research consists in that first the definition of notion "professional teacher's increase" has been formulated, criterions were exploited, the levels and structure of the process were determined, the model of pedagogical stimulation of professional teacher's increase of general education establishments was scientific proved, and experimental tested on basis of individual approximate approach to teacher, the methods of pedagogical stimulation were determined. The thesis about expedient of need satisfaction and strengthening of attention to the teachers in realization the pedagogical stimulation of professional increase were developed. On different stages of scientific research. The theoretical methods (analysis the literature sources, logic and comparative, analyses, systematize, generalization, classification and synthesis ) were used with the aim of definition theoretical basis research, the contest and structure of professional increase teachers; prognosis (modeling and prognosis) were used for exposure theoretical basis and exploration the model of pedagogical stimulation of professional teacher's increase of general education establishments; empiricist (questionnaire, interrogation, interview, discussion, tests, organization and realization conversation, methods of mark (self-control and expert mark) helps practical investigation the problem; experimental (state and formed experiment) served to the checking of hypothesis of the research; mathematical methods (statistic studying of empiric facts) provide getting true results.
