Object of research - the maintenance and the technique of the fulfillment of an optimum variant of the individual health-improving programmes for the Students of pedagogical high Schools. Target of research - the development and the introduction of an optimum variant of the accessible and simple in the use individual health-improving programme for the students of pedagogical high schools. Methods of investigation. We nave used the complex of theoretical, sociological, pedagogical and medico-biological methods and methods of mathematical statistics with a purpose to solve the problems which are put in front of us. Scientific novelty of obtained results: the received data on the maintenance and the technique of the fulfillment of the optimum health-improving programme which directly and indirectly influences the positive results of the solved problem national health.
