Essay

The thesis deals with the pedagogical conditions of the development of the teachers' readi-ness to form junior students' evaluative skills in postdiploma education. The concept 'junior students' evaluative skills' has been defined and the necessity of the special training of teachers to form the emphasized students' qualities has been grounded. The main point and the content of the main components of the teachers' readiness to form junior students' evaluative skills have been defined and described. The system of the criteria and characteristics of the evaluation of professional-personal quality development's level has been worked out and experimentally tested. The effective methods of the development of the teachers' readiness to form junior stu-dents' evaluative skills in postdiploma education has been suggested.
