Essay

The object of study: modulation of age and experimental changes of lipids metabolism and functional state of liver of rats by Chamomilla recutita flavonoids. The aim of study: еstablishment of age features of lipids metabolism and functional state of liver of rats and modulation of age and experimental changes functional state of liver of rats by Chamomilla recutita flavonoids. Methods of investigation: physiological, chromatographic, spectrophotometric, radioisotope, histological and statistical. Results, novelty: it was found that in the 24-month-old rats liver there is the rise of ceramide, cholesterol, free fat acids content, decline of sphingomyeline and phosphatidylcholine content, and also decline of liver exocrine function. Chamomilla recutita flavonoids modulate of age and experimental changes functional state of liver of rats. The modulating influencing of flavonoids realizes due to their influence on activity of the lipids metabolism enzymes. Field of application: institutions of physiologically-pedagogical and medico-biological profile.
