Dissertation investigates cardiovascular system adaptation, individual and typological properties of high nervous activity of a person who has physical exercises over a long period of time. It is proved that long-time trainings influence on a young organism and they are accompanied with adaptation possibilities increasing of cardiovascular system, heart adaptation functional development, favorable and positive changes of its bioelectric activity and heart rhythm regulation. Changes dynamics of cardiovascular system functional condition of a young organisms are defined with functional capacity and the left ventricle myocardium masses increasing, heart cycle duration and electrical systole of the heart. The investigation also proved that physical exercises over a long period of time makes perfect psychological and physiological functions of organism of the youth of 18-20 years-old. Individual and typological properties of high nervous activity are in the tight relations with senso-motoric and psychic functions of organism, they are also reflected within urgent adaptive features of heart rhythm reactions.
