3 species of Trichinella: Trichinella britovi and Trichinella nativa amongst wild animals and Trichinella spiralis - amongst pigs from Ukrainian Carpathian and Polesie using molecular-genetic methods was etermined. A criterion for identification of Trichinella species may be length and formindex of capsules. The studies of Trichinella predilection sites in wild predators were determinate. The results of investigation of predators and ungulates from Ukrainian Carpathian and Polesie for Trichinella infection are present. Wolves and foxes are the main reservoir of infection in nature. The Trichinella circulation amongst wild animals was studied. .
