Hitrova T. Typological peculiarities of Zaporizhzhia region's periodical press (1904-1920)

The thesis covers a complex research of the Zaporizhzhia regional periodicals (1904-1920) is fullfiled. The conditions of appearance and development of the local periodicals are analysed. These conditions consist regional and Ukrainian factors. Typological peculiarities of Zaporizhzhia region's periodicals are defined; social, cultural, ideological and political basis of development of local press' typological model are analysed. Polythematic classification of the local press is produced. The structure of the local press is represented regarding to geographical, chronological, typological features. The separate parts of press' system are making out. These separate parts are characterised with transformation of typological features of issues. Important experience of the Ukrainian language and military press is summarized. The contribution of the Ukrainian language and military press to national consciousness of local population is defined, to active of national liberation, mental and cultural movement in Zaporizhzhia region when the antiukrainian policy of Russian governments existed.
