The question of ensuring ceramic nozzles precision due to developing highly efficient resource-saving technological processes at different stages of manufacturing are dealt with in the thesis: designing of technological equipment and outfit for nozzle bars forming, substantiation of structural and technological parameters of the moulding process as well as heat treatment.The conditions of stable forming are outlined, the mathematical model of the process of nozzle bars forming (hardening) is developed, a new scheme of flow forming of bars is worked out as well as auxiliary devices for ensuring precision of the set of forming elements, the research methods are developed and the influence of forming parameters on the quality of bars is studied, the methods of preliminary check of the bars state are developed. The ways of saving energy during nozzle heat treatment are grounded. The results of experimental research of testing flow technology of bars forming and the influence of bar parameters on the operating quality of nozzles are presented. Equipment and outfit for making ceramic nozzles of increased precision are designed, manufactured and introduced, economic efficiency of their use is determined.
