Essay

A research object is the process of psychophysical preparation of 6-years age children in the conditions of general school. Purpose of work is optimization of ppsychophysical qualities of 6-years age children by facilities of physical culture with the purpose of adaptation of them to teaching at school. Dissertation work contains a new approach to the decision of scientific tasks that foresees the improvement of psychophysical development as factor of readiness of 6-years-old children to the studies at school. It is first exposed as a result of testing of physical and psychical qualities that early socialization (studies from 6-years) subject to the condition low level of psychophysical development negatively influences on a physical and mental capacity, functional state of the respiratory systems, and causes growth of morbidity of children.
