Vasylenko S. Psychological providing of activity of operators of the radar stations in special conditions

The features of psychological providing of activity of operators of the radar stations in special conditions and results of psychological influence on their capacity and functional possibilities measured by direct and side indexes are considered in the dissertation. The theoretical analysis psychological providing problem of operators activity of specific type is carried out, terms and features of activity are studied and the complex of psychological methods of its research is approved. The proper complex of the psychological providing of professional activity of operators of the radar stations is grounded and inculcated. Efficiency of this complex is set during training of specialists. Practical recommendations are developed in relation to drawing on complex of methods and facilities of the psychological providing for the increase of the productivity and quality of professional activity of operators of the radar stations in special conditions
