Object – the process of forming future teachers’ readiness for creative professional work; goal – theoretical substantiation of model and technologie ensuring effectiveness of creative professional work and disclosure of conductive pedagogical conditions; methods - theoretical: analysis of philosophical, psychological, scientific-practical and methodical literature on the problem of investigation, interpretation of theories and methodologies; empirical: study and generalization of pedagogical experience, conversation, questioning, observation, experts’ grading, fulfilling creative tasks, modeling actions; experimental: pedagogical experiment consisting of certifying, search and forming stages; novelty – further analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical tenets characterizing the main point, substance and structure of students’ readiness for creative professional work; the matter of readiness for creative professional work has been specified; this readiness consists of motivational, informational-congnitive, operational-functional, creative-reflexive, emotional-volitional, estimating components; the stages of forming students’ readiness for creative professional work have been defined; the criteria and levels of formation of future teachers’ readiness for creative professional activity have been disclosed; the opportunities of project activity based on the principles of role perspective in the process of forming future Mathematics teachers’ readiness for creative work have been revealed.
