Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of forming professionally oriented positive attitude to the subjects of psychological and pedagogical cycle in students of the University of economics in the process of getting a second specialization. The problem of forming of professionally oriented attitude is regarded in the theoretical and methodological context as a component of forming life senses and personal values. It is experimentally proven that while studying in traditional circumstances, the attitude of students to the subjects of psychological and pedagogical cycle is not always optimal. The attitude of students to the subjects of psychological and pedagogical cycle is regarded as a complex systemic formation whose structure is determined by projections of main systems of life activity (current life support, personal development, educational work, social interaction, professional development). The basis of appropriate work with students within the forming experiment is the aggregate of conceptual provisions and creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions adequate to these provisions. For the implementation of these provisions the program of work is proposed whose integration into the educational process and application of systemic approach to psychological and pedagogical training enabled considerable increase of professionally oriented attitude of students to subjects of psychological and pedagogical cycle, improvement of the effectiveness of certain subjects and strengthening of their influence upon personal and professional development of future specialists.
