The object is the learning process the technical disciplines of future engineers; the purpose is theoretical justification, elaboration and experimental monitoring of mathematical thinking formation methodic for technical university's students during studying the theory of oscillations; the methods are: analysis, comparison, conclusion, synthesis and systematization, modeling, factor analysis, conversations, polling, interviewing, observation, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics; the novelty: formation of students' mathematical thinking during studying technical disciplines is proved, set of pedagogical means for formation is offered, peculiarities of technical disciplines studying process organization are defined; the results are: conclusion of mathematical thinking concept is realized, the concept of formation of mathematical thinking of students during studying technical disciplines is developed, mathematical thinking formation methodic for technical university's students during studyingthe theory of oscillations is elaborated; introduction to National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic University" and Kharkiv National Automobile-Road University; field - Pedagogics.
