Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the pedagogical technology of the Civilian Lecturers Adaptation Preparedness Forming to the Educational Activity in the Higher Military Educational Establishment. On the basis of ascertaining experiment the civilian lecturers training process principles and content are offered. Realized forming experiment within professional and reflective practicum, social and psychological training, and emotive and volition self-regulation practice, and training within the author program confirmed the assumption that they could be effective means for the civilian lecturers adaptation preparedness forming to the educational activity in the higher military educational establishment model realization.
