Object of the study: Disorders of the reproductive system in girls of pubertal age with osteopenia. Purpose of the study: To improve the efficacy of treatment of the reproductive system in girls of pubertal age with osteopenia in the conditions of resort. Methods of the study: Clinical, biochemical, hormonal, instrumental studies, orthopedic, anthropometric study, ultrasound densitometry of the bone tissue, statistical methods. Practical significance: Low concentration of estradiol and progesterone in the blood of the girls with pubertal age pathology was established to be the cause of bone tissue deficiency and osteopenia development as well as scoliosis progress. The degree of osteopenia risk depends not only on the absolute estradiol and progesterone level in the blood serum but also on their correlation, concentration of testosterone and disease duration. The use of mud electrophoresis and electrophoresis with 5% solution with sinusoid modulated current in the projection of the adnexa and Calceminadvance in patients with retardation of sexual development, secondary amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea is a starting mechanism of mobilization of the inner reserves of the organism, which results in positive changes in the steroid hormones and structural functional parameters of the bone tissue after the action of physical and resort factors. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, comparison of hormonal homeostasis, peculiarities of structural functional state of the bone tissue in girls with sexual development retardation and various forms of menstrual cycle disorders with accompanying scoliosis was made. Correlation between the level of estradiol, progesterone in the blood serum and index of bone tissue density in girls with secondary amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, the level of pro-gesterone in the blood and bone tissue density was revealed in girls with oligomenorrhea. The peculiarities of bone tissue peak formation at pubertal period pathology depending on anthropometric indices, the level of peptideand steroid hormones were studied. Complex assessment of the changes in the level of FSH, LH, prolactin. Estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol in the blood serum, structural-functional properties of the bone tissue in the conditions of resort treatment of the girls with sexual development retardation, secondary amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, polymenorrhea was made. A complex of osteopenia treatment in girls with pubertal pathology in the conditions of resort was developed. Introduction: The findings of the research were introduced into the work of sanatoria Zdravnitsa, Druzhba, Yubileyny, Smena and Ukrainian Research Institute of Choldren’s Physiotherapy (Yevpatoria). The theoretical ideas of the work were included to the syllabi for students and interns of Crimean State Medical University named after Georgievsky.
