Object of research: system of pension insurance of the population of Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is perfection of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of the social and economic mechanism of regulation of pension insurance of the population and development of scientific - practical recommendations on their realization. Methods of research: during research methods of the complex analysis and synthesis, logic generalization, the system approach, a method of comparison, economic - statistical methods have been used. Theoretical results: will consist in development theoretical, scientific - practical and a deepening of organizational - economic bases of the mechanism of regulation of pension insurance of the population. Practical results: Consist in that теоретико-methodological positions of the dissertation are a scientific substantiation of perfection of the mechanism of pension insurance of the population of Ukraine and increases of a level of social and economic protection of the insured persons in system of pension insurance. Scientific novelty: for the first time the element of the integrated information interchange between the basic compound systems of the Pension fund of Ukraine is entered; definition of concept " system of pension insurance " is advanced; methodical approaches to the organization automated personal the account of data on the insured person at a local level of the Pension fund are advanced; classification of legal maintenance of pension system is advanced; have received the further development definition of preconditions of improvement of the mechanism of pension insurance of the population on the basis of an estimation of social and economic position of Ukraine; Have got the further development organizational - economic methods of regulation of system of pension insurance of the population at not state level. A degree of introduction: a numberof substantive provisions, conclusions and results of research are used by Central administrative board of the Pensionfund of Ukraine in Donetsk area; Open Society "Avdeyevka factory "Stroydetal"; by Management of work and social questions Donetsk Municipal Counsel, and also are used in educational process in Donetsk national university.
