Essay

Object of research: processes of re-structuring and regulation of employment of transitive economy. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical and methodological bases of re-structuring of employment in conditions of transitive economy and on this basis - the complete scientific concept of re-structuring and regulation of employment in region with the advanced mining industry. Methods of research: a dialectic method of knowledge, a methods of the system analysis, classificational and analytical the statistical analysis, of the program and target approach and sociological research, of economy - mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: consist in the conceptual decision of a problem of re-structuring and regulation of employment in region with the advanced mining industry. Practical results: consist in development of a scientific basis of maintenance of re-structuring of employment at the state, regional level and a level of the enterprises. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the new direction of scientific research, the central role in which belongs to re-structuring employment; the concept of adequate employment is entered; conceptual bases of re-structuring of employment in region with the advanced mining industry offered; the model of interaction of economic benefits and social investigations of liquidation of the coal-mining enterprises is developed; the concept of the complex program of management is developed by human resources of the large industrial enterprise; the complex technique of an estimation of qualities and abilities of the personnel is developed; are advanced: the contents of the conceptual - terminological device of employment; methodological bases of re-structuring of employment on the basis of model of structural reorganization; organizational - methodological bases of re-structuring of social and economic systems; scientific - methodical approaches to maintenance of horizontal differentiation of a payment as motivational making re-structuring of employment; have received the further development approaches to definition of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of employment; definition of the maintenance social and economic systems; ordering of approaches to definition of the contents of re-structuring. A degree of introduction: results of the carried out research are introduced in activity of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional Council, the Lvov Regional State Administration, the Donetsk Regional Center of Employment, Central Administrative Board of Statistics in Donetsk oblast, in activity of Donetsk City Council, Corlovka City council, Open Society " Mariupol Metallurgical plaut of a name of Ilyich ", Open Society "Zaporodzstal", Open Society" the Mariupol plaut of Mechanical Bealding", State Euterprise "Artoomugol", in educational process in Donetsk National University and the Mariupol State Humanitarian University are introduced in activity of Open Society "Donetsk Metalurgical plaut".
