Pavliv O. Qradual antibioticotherapy by means of ofloxacin at the controlled bronchopneumonia of calves

Object of research: morphological and biochemical indexes of blood, indexes of unspecific organism resistance, activity of enzymes, albumin synthethics function of liver. Purpose of research: to learn pharmacology and toxicness of ophloxacini and introduce into practice of veterinary medicine the effective method of treatment of calves, patients with catarrhal bronchopneumonia by the method of stepdown therapy antibacterialis ophloxacinum. Methods of research: clinical, morphological, biochemical, microbiological, pathoanatomical, toxicological, statistical. Scientific novelty: Pharmacology of ophloxacini on experimental calves has been studied for the first time. New in-formation about its influence on the morphological and biochemical indexes of blood, activity of enzymes in the whey of blood, albumin sinthethics function of liver and unspecific organism resistance has been obtained. High therapeutic efficiency of gradual antibioticotherapy by means of ofloxacin at spontaneous catarrhal broncho-pneumonia of calves has been shown. Degree of introduction: a request on the declarative patent of Ukraine on the invention is given as a result of researches.
