The dissertation is devoted to the problem of children's disability. Complex study of the pro- blem concerning the state and the dynamics of children's disability in Vinnytsya region during the period of 1994-2002, its prevalence, causes, age and territory peculiarities was carried out. The main problems of the present system of rehabilitation of disabled children with diseases of nervous system were established.
