Essay

Object - remote sensing of soils. Purpose - theoretical substantiation of remote sensing methods using in soil monitoring. Methods - field soil researches, field radiophysical researches, laboratorial analytical researches, mathematical-statistical and geoinformation methods. Theoretical results - the theoretical bases of radar-tracking, georadar and combined shootings using with the purposes of soil monitoring are established. Practical results - the applied bases of remote sensing methods using in soil monitoring are established. The mapping and monitoring technique of erosion dangerous soils is developed. The results of research are offered to be used in educational process at teaching disciplines "Soil science", "Soil conservation", "Using of remote sensing methods in soil science". Novelty - the theoretical and applied bases of radar-tracking sensing and georadar shooting application with the purposes of soil monitoring are established. The seasonal features of radar-tracking sensing of soils arerevealed. The expediency of realization of the connected remote sensing in optical and microwave ranges is proved. The knowledge of advantages and restrictions of remote sensing methods in monitoring works is systematized. Degree of application - the results of researches are used by Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, National space agency of Ukraine. The results of work are recommended for use services of State committee of Ukraine on ground resources, State technological centre of soil fertility protection of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, State committee of Ukraine on a water economy, State committee of Ukraine on hydrometeorology. The results of researches are offered to be used in educational process at teaching disciplines "Soil science", "Soil conservation", "Using of remote sensing methods in soil science". The field is scientific-educational and nature protection.
