Ivanovskaya L. Epizootological monitoring and development of serological diagnosis the yersiniosis of animals

Object: Yersinia enterocolitica-infection of agricultural and carnivorous animals. Purpose: epizootological monitoring and improvement metods of laboratory diagnosis the yersiniosis of animals. Metods:epizootological, bacteriological, serological, clinical, hematological, pathologo-anatomycal, pathologo-histological and statistics metods. Novelty: for the first time conducted the epizootological monitoring of yersiniosis among different species of animals, showing the circulation the isolates of Y.enterocolitica of seroversions 03,06.30 and 09 in Ukraine. Results: learning properties isolates of yersinias and esteblished its sensitiveness to antibacterial speciments, discribed peculiarities of symptoms, pathologo-anatomycal and pathologo-histological picture of spontaneous and experimentally yersiniosis of different animals, corraboration the etiology role the causative agent of yersiniosis from the begining abortions of cows, pigs and others animals; scientific ground advisable reaction agglutination for laboratory diagnosis of yersiniosis, prove the necessivity of the differential serological diagnosis among animals that have unit positive reactions on brucellosis with yersiniosis antigens;the experimentally proved presense colostraly immunity in calves that was born from cows which have positive reactions yersiniosis antigens.
