Tregub T. Pathogenetic substation of using hertzian waves of millimetric range in the complex in-patient treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the development of the differentiated use if UF-microwaves in the complex treatment of the patients with duodenal ulcer dependently on infecting mucous with the various infection agents. There were developed differentiated accessed to the use of UHF-microwaves in the complex treatment of duodenal ulcer. Clinical physiological pattern of the gastro-duodenal lesions with taking in the account the infection of mucous was used as the evidence for developing differentiated approaches based on the consideration of latent or active intracellular infection , the level of vegetative and immunological disorders, the intolerance to the medications.There was characteristic the secondary immunodeficiency by the suppressor type amongst patients with duodenal ulcer which was more manifested if those were suffering the intracellular infection. Developed method of complex treatment of deudenal ulcer is based on the use UHF irradiation of epigastral and occipital regions as well as the standard medication treatment. After UHF-therapy the sustainable normalizing of immunity realized the remission duration of 3,5±0,7 months vs standard therapy and improved eradication Н. pylorі for 9%. As predicative criteria of the effectiveness of complex treatment with UHF the repeated immunodeficiency of suppressor type with the manifestations of vegetative dysfunction by the parasympathetic type.
