Barabadze I. The tactics of the management of the patients suffering from chronic salpingoophoritis and systemic lupus erythematosus.

The aim of the investigation is decision of the character of the course, morphologic changes and pathogenesis chronic salpingoophoritis and systemic lupus erythematosus, elaboration the most effective methods of the treatment. For decision this problem hase been examined 95 women at age from 22 to 35 years (average 33,6±1,18 years), suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus. I IG include 47 patients suffering from CSO and SLE. The age of the patients is 22 - 35 years. The duration of SLE composed from 8 months to 18 years. In 3,1% observisions established acute course of disease, in 53,1% - subacute, in 43,8% - chronic. The activity of SLE І dg. haved the place in 3,1% observisions, II dg. - in 28,1%, III dg. - in 68,8%. II IG - 48 patients suffering from SLE without inflammatory female diseases of genital organs. Control group composed 35 patients suffering from CSO at age from 22 to 35 years without exstragenital pathology. As distinguished from traditional methods of the treatment of CSO, inclusiving antibacterial therapy, using of nonsteroidal anti inflammatory means and local treatment, the plan of the treatment of the patients included GCS, cytostatic and fermentative preparations. On the basis of this results have been exploited and introduced in the practice of protection of the health optimal the tactics of the treatment CSO at the patients suffering from SLE with the use of systemic enzymatic therapy, that on 1,4 time to reduce duration in the hospital and descend quantity of the relapses chronic inflammatory of appendages of the uterus.
