Levandovskiy A. Kinesitherapy and massage in the system of complex rehabilitation of the students with clinical features of autonomic dysbalance.

A dissertation is devoted to the study of actions of kinesitherapy and massage as means for correction of autonomic dysbalance in students. The need of the rehabilitation of the students with autonomic dysbalance is based on investigation of their physical development, physical and functional levels, significant prevalence among them of risk factors of chronic non infection diseases and autonomic dysbalance subjective features. The system of complex rehabilitation consisting of kinesitherapy and massage, life style modification and cognitive behavior correction was elaborated and established. After one-year period using of this system we observed the increase of the ability of students to function, widening of the reserves of organism for adaptation, physical well-being and life satisfaction, as result the diminishing of autonomic dysbalance was achieved. Thus, the conducted investigation of efficiency of the system of complex rehabilitation of the students with clinical features of autonomic dysbalance is approbated on sufficient quality of persons, has confirmed data and may be used in practice of physical rehabilitation.
