The theoretical and methodical principles of process of forming the pedagogical skills in future officers-radioengineers in the process of preparation to professional activity are analyzed. Developed, theoretically grounded and experimentally aprobated is the technology of forming the pedagogical skills in future officers-radioengineers. The structure of the developed technology includes conceptual foundation, contextual and processing components. The contextual component of technology consists of aims of technology (general and partial) and content of educational material. A processing component contains the stages of technology (constituent-motivational, theorist-cognitive and activity-practical and evaluating-correcting), methods and forms of educational-cognitive activity, means of diagnostics of achievement of aims of technology. As the means of diagnostics the motivational, cognitive, intellectual and effective criteria of pedagogical abilities of future officers are used
