The dissertation contains the research of managers' peculiarities of the determined attitude towards time based on four parameters: the time perspective, subjective rate of time flow, the special treatment of time as subjective reality and special value, and the ability to use time in practice (to plan, to allocate and to use it). We study these peculiarities considering the mechanisms of the immediate experiencing of time by managers: metrics and topology of time in their psyche. We have done the localization and determined the place of managers-subjects on the scale of the continuous spectrum of "t-types". The cause-effect connection between the level of subject's success in management and his/her peculiarities of the determined attitude towards time has been determined and described. The special role of the time factor in the conventionally determined "psychological profile" of a manager is determined in the dissertation. It is also described, how the important manager's qualities (included in the"profile") are connected with the time factor. We have determined and explained the optimal level of these managers' qualities, which is based on their special determined attitude towards time. The most optimal level of achievement motivation is determined for managers. It is explained how this level is connected with the time peculiarities of managers' psyche.
