Sukharyeva I. Scientific substantiation and development of model of the decrease of infantile mortality death rate at stages of rendering of the medical-preventive help

In the dissertation the variant of scientific decision of a problem on prevention and decrease of infant mortality death rate (IM) by her forecasting at different levels of rendering medical-preventive help for mother and child. The carried research has shown that there are certain reserves on the decrease and prevention of IM if we shall own knowledge of risk factors which may influence aggressively an organism of pregnant women and newborns. Due to the application of the modern methodical device of research groups of risk factors of IM are established and ranged according to the force of influence, properties and features of their influence are investigated, measures on forecasting IM are developed and scientifically proved. The dissertator has developed and has scientifically proved conceptual - modeling approaches to the decision of problems on the decrease and prevention of IM, she has allocated the most significant risk factors and has shown their role in formation of IM. The basic conclusions which have theoretical and practical value are made, it contributing to a science of reproductive health of the nation.
