Dissertation analyses the process of creation in Ukraine of XVIII - XIX centuries the garden's and park's complexes in context of all-world tendencies. The synthetic character of garden's and park's building which unites art, scientific and technological components is shown. The necessity of taking part by historical of science and technology in researches on history of parks building is constituted. The place and the role of garden's and park's memorials in the history of science and culture is underlined.
