Essay

The thesis a profound study of morbidity and mortality of the population of Ukraine as the result of diseases of the circulatory system (CSD), and provides peculiaity analysis of these rates for rural population by the example of Vinnitsa region. The medico-social factors of arising of circulatory system diseases among rural population are examined, and accuracy indexes of morbidity of rural population with CSD (with the help of prognostic rates and tables) are determined, that gives the possibility to form the social groups according to the risk factors of CSD among rural population.The thesis is also devoted to the issue of the improvement of medical care for rural population with circulatory system diseases on the basis of the estimation of the demand for medical and social care for rural population with CSD in primary and secondory care and its cost.
