The thesis deal twith the research of the questions of harmonization of national legislation of Ukraine with the legislation of EU, to the searchesinvestigations of ways of optimization of this process by systematization, codification and standardization of legislation, complex system research of European and national, adapted to the European, legal system, European and pro-European national legislation. A candidate for a degree, in particular, on the basis of the conducted detailed analysis reached to the conclusion about the necessity of optimization of process of creation of legislationl in a process of its harmonization with the legislation of EU.
