The manuscript considers the theoretical and practical aspects of international legal analysis of the conceptual basics of the legal regulation of securing the international standarts of men and women equality. The up-to-date gender approaches to drafting universal international legal acts on men and women equality, as well as implementation of those acts into the national legislation, are examined in the manuscript. In the manuscript scientific inferences are worded and possible ways of settling these problems are grounded.
