Vasyl'eva Olena M. Psychological background of the young servicemen’s content with their service activity

The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the problem of the young military specialists’ content with their service activity. By results of theoretical analysis of the investigation of the content of military units’ specialists with their service activity the basic concepts are defined more accurately and the principal socially-psychological determinants of the influence on the servicemen’s positive attitude to the military service activity are discovered. The principal criterion of assessment and the indices of the servicemen’s level of content with the service activity are discovered and analysed. The system of assistance to young servicemen content with the service activity was worked out and its efficiency was tested by empirical way. Using the investigation’s results some practical recommendations to different military unit’s officials as subjects for assisting the increase of the military specialists’ of different categories content with their service activity was worked out.
