Fedosiy I. 3. The substantiation of the technology of savoy cabbage growing in the Forest-steppe zone of Ukraine

Object - processes of growth, development and productivity forming of Savoy cabbage depending on sort of a hybrid, terms of sowing and charts of placing. Subject - phenological changes, biometrical parameters and productivity of Savoy cabbage plants depending on biological peculiarities in the process of growing, biochemical and economic valuing of products, ways of storage. Methods - Field method - for studying the sorts of hybrids of Savoy cabbage, sowing terms, charts of placing; Laboratory method - for studying biochemical content of Savoy cabbage heads, content of amino acids, macro - and microelements; Statistical method - for reliable estimation of received results. Novelty - for the first time in Ukraine:- selected the best sorts and hybrids of Savoy cabbage for concrete soil-climatic terms of the area, determined the optimal sowing terms of seeds, charts of plants placing;- investigated morphological, biological peculiarities of productivity forming of hybrids of Savoy cabbage;- established the conformity of growth and development of plants;- chosen terms and ways of storage of different sorts of Savoy cabbage;- established the influencing peculiarities of investigated growing elements on the level of plants' productivity, biochemical indicators, content of amino acids, macro - and microelements, economical and energetic effectiveness.Practical value. 0n the basis of experimental investigations and their production verification were developed scientifically-grounded elements of the growing technology of Savoy cabbage. The economic and energetic expedience was proved. The results of scientific work are put in to practice in state enterprise -experimental economy of Kyiv experimental station of vegetable and melon - growing Institute of UAAN of Fastiv district, Kyiv region on the 2 he area.Results of investigation - are used in practice, scientific process and research work.Branch - vegetable-growing.
