Semenenko L. Sense and value determination of educational establishment management

The dissertation is devoted to system analysis of sense and value determination of educational establishment management. Grounds are given to necessity of studying of specific of such kind of regulation because of sharp changes in sense and value basis of our life and strong desire of Ukraine to enter educational space of United Europe. Genetic, morphological and functional aspects of sense and value determination are consistently viewed; their organic interaction that leads to new features of forms of studying (self-organization and self-regulation) is analyzed. They interact in the process of decision-making. Depending on point of view of researcher these value and sense components achieve features of determinants or regulatives, they are kinds of case and effect. From outside the opposition of this determinants looks like opposition between pedagogical traditions and innovations. Ukrainian pedagogical practice is analyzed from these positions.
