Object of investigation - toxicological characteristics of detsis forte. Purpose of work - substantiation of the parameters of toxicological characteristics of deltametrin in the form of decis forte. Methods of investigation - clinical, toxicological, chemical-and-analytical, biochemical, hematologic, pathologoanatomic, cytogenetic, postmortem and statistical. Theoretical and practical results - methods of determination of deltametrin in milk by the method of thin layer chromatography have been perfected. Cytotoxical characteristics and peculiarities of toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of decis forte at chickens have been determined. Scientific novelty - Methods of determination of deltametrin residue in milk by the method of thin layer chromatography have been perfected. For the first time there was used 1,5% benzidine solution as revealing reagent. Validation characteristics of the method have been determined according to the standard "ISO 5725-1:1994". Basic elements of the method are protectedby the Patent of Ukraine. Parameters of acute toxicity of decis forte for white rats have been determined. Cytotoxic characteristics of the preparation on cattle kidney cell culture MDBK have been studied. Parameters of toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of decis forte at chickens under the conditions of acute and chronic experiments have been grounded. Investigations gave an opportunity to ground for the first time the maximum allowed level of deltametrin in the feeds for chickens. Sphere of the use - veterinary medicine.
